    T-Man007,

That sounds like a kick ass way to hear the rear delts. I seem to have good success developing my front and lateral delts, but the rears have been lagging a bit behind. Going to give this a shot tomorrow and wait for the pain....

One question one the starting position...is your arm parallel (sp?) to the floor when you start ("..sticking your arm straight out.") or are you hangining it down to start the movement?

Try these. I do these 2 things. The first one is a shot of your's truly. These will build the shit out of your rear delts and upper back.
Over on Fortified Iron we've taken to calling them Reapers.

The second is Sebastian Burns, 750lb bencher. His style will absolutely destroy your front delts.

Dunno if they'll let me do this, so sorry if it's not allowed please edit this.

I start a little lower than parallel. It actually gives you a better stretch than bent overs and the rear delt machine, which might be why they work so good. And, unless you move your body, it's total isolation. You will feel it immediately, just start light, like 10 pounds to get a feel for it and then go up to a more challening weight.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Those people used too much body movement for my taste. I understand the benefit of 'cheat' reps but it looked like every rep was performed with body movement. JMO I don't mean to be rude or disrespectful. I'm sure they play a huge role in power moves.

Yeah dropsets, supersetting, burnouts all the same thing and work great! Those give me the most gains!

No offense taken. PL vs BB. PL goes for pure strength, BB goes to isolate. I understand that. I've had my BB'er years

I'd be out for months from injuries from that first one. Ouch.

Yeah, don't use a dryer sheet on your gym clothes and then have someone tell you that you aren't good enough while you lift.
