    Don't worry my max is only 225lbs! HAHA. I think the lowest on this site so you have nothing to be ashamed of with that number bro! The way I see it, it isn't a strength contest. Aslong as your stronger than the majority of people around you, than it's all good~!

        i cant deadlift as much sumo...it just doesnt feel right to me

          I've tried it once and it felt weird to me too.

            For some people it's definitely a natural thing. I broke my conventional PR by 10 lbs the first time I ever tried Sumo after over a year of powerlifting. I haven't gone back since.
            Goals for December 2007:

            Elite 1825 lb Total @220, trim down a bit in the mean time, too.
