Re: worst bodybuilding related injury ever
I got all of you beat! Tearing my Achilles tendon is going to have a huge impact on BBing for me forever because I will never be able to do the heavy squats, deads or leg presses I used to do. No heavy lunges, no heavy power cleans, none of that stuff....and we all know that stuff contributes to the rest of the body.Last edited by T-Man007; 11-17-2006, 08:09 PM.

Re: worst bodybuilding related injury ever
Torn rear rotator cuff. Tore is partially while doing heavy upright rows, and then tore it the rest while sleeping one night. Apparently I did something while turning cuz I woke up in agonizing pain. Actually got sick to my stomach it hurt so bad.

Re: worst bodybuilding related injury ever
um, well I popped a couple of the fibers in my right pec a few years ago. nothing bad because I dropped the weight when i felt it. It felt like strands on a cable or rope popping. It isnt really noticable much but I know its there. Nothig like some tears I have seen. It was to the upper or mid pec because the lower pec is still full like the other side,I guess that is why it isnt very noticable.
