been doing this for awhile gives a good pump but I always switch it around wt ez-curls for my alternate ."Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"Comment

one of my favorites for bi's, I turn it into a hammer curl with keeping my hands as low ont he rope as possible to burn out the forearms....Comment

I'll have to give those a shot. I usually just alternate db hammer curls and ez bar curls, when I actually do them that is lol!Comment
