I've cut back on alot of my squatting and have been focusing primarily on my bench lately. I still have my squat day but was looking for something fun to do on that day after my squats and I found something. If you have access to a Safety Squat bar I highly reccomend this exercise! You take the SS bar and toss on some weight (whatever you feel "comfortable" with and take a walk. I'm doing 235 bar weight for a couple trips of 200 feet and then drop to 145 for a couple more trips and I gotta tell ya this is one hell of a good exercise. It works your GPP as well as your spinal erectors and entire posterier chain. It's a pretty cool alternative to sled drags and I actually like it alot better than standard sled work. Give it a shot and see how you like it.

Another one that I like to do is walk some stairs with my weight vest on carrying a couple of dumbells. You find out really quick how in shape your are doing this type of shit.
