Pushups (With Feet Elevated):
This is the same routine as a Flat Floor Pushup, except you put your feet elevated on a bed or chair.

my son (7) just started doing these...he does 3 sets around 9-10 per set. it's funny as hell when he's done...walks around all puffed out chest and sh!t.
my daughter is still trying to get reg. pushup's past the 3 sets of 10...but she's gaining on it!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

I've seen guys do'em like that, but pushing off of a pair of coffee cans for extra depth and stretch. some big pecs without a bar !Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
