    Pushups (Off A Counter):
    Position yourself in front of a counter, with your hands resting on the edge about shoulder width apart. Move your feet back so your body is positioned at a 45-55 degree angle. Now perform 'Pushoffs' as you would flat floor pushups.

    Damn it all this time I thought I invented that exercise? I haven't done it since high school. I woke up late one day and didn't have time to do my usual pushups so in the bathroom while waiting for the water in the shower to get hot I decided to do pushups from the counter. I never mentioned it to anyone and now I find out it's an actual exercise!!!
