max-ot...lovin it...I'm in the gym shorter than normal, able to lift with greater intensity and better focus of whats being worked...good for mass and strength, very hard to overtrain on. Ive been back on forth tryin routines that either A. overtrained me or B. made me not wanna work out. Max-ot is simple and effective IMOIm gonna get so big I cant dress myself

mon - chest/bis
tues - back/tris
weds - legs
thurs - shoulders
fri - off (abs, cardio is fine etc...)
sat - same as above
sun - same as above
mon - rinse and repeat
per bodypart, stick to NO MORE than 2 exercises. make sure they're compound, heavy movements. 2 to 3 sets each keep reps between 6-8 each set to failure. keep the rest between each set very brief. about 30-40 seconds max. include statics, negatives, and maybe a rest paused set or two. doesn't get any more simple than that.
