  • My new training split, critique please.

    What do you all thing about this split for while I am bulking? My diet so far as been 4000cals about 100g fat, 450g carbs, 300g protein a day. Looking for size and strength. Anyways, lemme here your thoughts. Split is 3 on 1 off.

    d1 - heavy chest/tris/shoulders 5x5 per body part
    d2 - (OFF) abs heavy 4 sets
    d3 - heavy back/bis 6x5 for back 3x6-8 for bis
    d4 - heavy legs 5x5 quads 5x5 hams or 10x5 and calfs
    d5 - light chest/tris/shoulders 6x10 per each
    d6 - (OFF) abs light def work 6sets
    d7 - light back/bis 6x10 for back 3x10-12 bis
    d8 - light legs 10x10
    d9 - repeat

    ab days are basically off days, but i go into the gym to play sports anyways, so i might as well do some abs.

    Also ive been on it for about a week, and i dont feel overtrained or to fatigued, so far i really like it.

        im diggin the rep ranges!! If ur not fatiqued by it i think it lookes good, looks like uve got diet on target too...keep us updated...i like the split
