    Flyes (Incline):
Set an incline bench at a 5-10 degree angle. With a pair of dumbbells in your hands, lie back. Extend the dumbbells over your head, palms facing together. Lower the weights out and down in an arc while keeping your arms slightly bent. Go as low as is comfortable, then bring the weights back up through the same arc to the starting point. Pretend you're hugging somebody.
Remember, keep the dumbbells in a wide arc, do not press them up from bottom position. Don't smash the weight together at the top. Use smooth, controlled reps. Concentrate on squeezing your chest muscles as you bring the weights together.

roflmao! I laugh my ass off at those guys! I got one guy who grunts and yells on bench. However, the puss only has about 200 pounds on the bar when he does it. LOL

the small incline is the important part here. if you use a 45 degree incline, your shoulers are going to burn like no other. keep it at a 30 degree or lower.

Yep, so true. If you look back at the days of Arnold, before the adjustable benches, they used to either raise up the lower end of the incline bench or they would arch their back to make the degree of the incline lower. I don't know why they even make the incline bench so steep. For years, most people have stated that 30 to 40 degress was more productive for them.
