my intensity would drop if i did that many bodyparts in 1 day. no way i can go balls to the wall on back if im also working chest that day. one will lack intensity
Not me, I superset them. I will go from deads to incline db press or from bb bench to bent over rows and I am just as strong as doing them alone. Well, actually, getting stronger now that I'm on. If you didn't superset them, then yes, you would be hard pressed to hit chest after you back but when you superset them and only do 2-3 exercises for each muscle with 1-2 sets it's easy.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
thats why you only do about 1, maybe 2 work sets for each bodypart. factor in negatives, statics and even some extreme stretching, and you'll be hurtin i guarentee.
Yep, that's exactly how you do it!

i tried DC, i needed more volume. thats just me tho
Some guys are like that and if you are then you are right, this would not work for you. Not to mention, it would take you over 2 hours to do it with high volume.

I personally do my deadlifts only on back day...altho very occasionally i still do them for my hamstrings..my shoulders are tricky..when i feel im about to injure (or when i actually do) them i give them a good time out..screw them up and i could be out for a few months..
Leg day if you are not tired. I usually do them right after squats.
I could never get what i wanted out of my deadlifts if they followed my leg day. Not only would the weight i'm pulling be drastically lower but my lower back would already be so fatigued from squats, stld's and such i'd be ever so close to blowing it out with each pull...
