    MY THERAPIST GAVE ME A NEW EXERCISE TO DO.
    LAY ON YOUR BACK WITH A 10LB DUMBELL RAISED STRAIGHT UP IN A BENCH PRESS MOVEMENT. NOW KEEP THIS DUMBELL STRIGHT UP IN THE AIR WHILE GETTING UP THEN KEEP IT UP WITH YOUR ARM STILL STRAIGHT POINTING TO THE CEILING WHILE LAYING BACK DOWN. 10 EACH ARM

    THEN IN WHILE IN A PUSH UP TAKE A 25LB DUMBEL WITH 1 ARM AND DO ONE ARM ROWS WITH THE OTHER ARM SUPPORTING YOU. 3 SETS OF 10

    I WAS COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED AFTER THIS SESSION

    PLUSS ALL THE OTHER STUFF I DID.

      That sounds like a cool way to mix things up. I may have to try those.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

        Sounds cool. Have you ever done any shoulder traction with jump stretch bands? I do them pretty regularly, it may still be too soon for you though.
