LAY ON YOUR BACK WITH A 10LB DUMBELL RAISED STRAIGHT UP IN A BENCH PRESS MOVEMENT. NOW KEEP THIS DUMBELL STRIGHT UP IN THE AIR WHILE GETTING UP THEN KEEP IT UP WITH YOUR ARM STILL STRAIGHT POINTING TO THE CEILING WHILE LAYING BACK DOWN. 10 EACH ARM
THEN IN WHILE IN A PUSH UP TAKE A 25LB DUMBEL WITH 1 ARM AND DO ONE ARM ROWS WITH THE OTHER ARM SUPPORTING YOU. 3 SETS OF 10
I WAS COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED AFTER THIS SESSION
