    ive been outta the gym for a month due to being sick...im good to go now though...Im doing this split

    day 1
    chest/back/bis/tris

    day 3
    legs/shoulders/traps

    day 5
    chest/back/bis/tris

    day7
    legs/shoulders/traps

    REPEAT

    im starting out with 2 different exercises per bodypart...2 sets per exercise and 6-8 reps. so a total of 4 sets per bodypart. I will eventually work my way up to 6 sets. BUt i figure i should take it slow considering my month abscense...im cuttin up right now, doing cardio/abs on the off days, keepin a clean diet with high protein and good carbs predominately in the mornin and before/after workouts. what do u guys think...oh yea all natural only supplement ive got right now is a variety of whey proteins

          abs/cardio on the days i dont do the other stuff and calves are on leg day (calves, quads, and hams are all seperately done on leg day) it was just easier to say "legs"

              looks good dude. its gonna take some getting to know your body to be able to train a bodypart that often. it has a DC type concept to it, i'd stick with the 2 exercises, 2 working sets for a while to see how you are recovering. if you recover pretty fast, then bump it to 6 as opposed to 4. good luck, hope it works out for ya!

                so jus got back from the gym ill admit im feelin discouraged...i started with incline - 225x8 then 225x6 (prior to the month off from being sick i was gettin 265x7) then i hit some t-bar rows 205x8 then 280x10 (was getting 250x6) then i hit some decline 255x9 then 255x6 (was getting 275x10+). then i hit some lat pulldowns with no straps 250x6 then 250x6 (with straps was gettin 285x6) then i hit some tricep pushdowns 200x8 then 200x8 (last time i worked out tris before my injury and before the sickness about 2-3months ago i was doing 275x8). Then i hit some alt dumbell curls 45x10 (was getting 60x10)....so im significantly weaker and im hoping muscle memory kicks in soon thinkin abot takin some good old creatine monohydrate to help

                  dude, u got nothin to feel bad about..those are some good numbers. im willin to bet that, in a couple weeks, youll be back full speed.i know how u feel though, i used to powerlift, and i quit for awhile. my first workout back i almost went home, seriously..i lost sooo much strength. it only took me a week or so to get back to a respectable amt of weight. keep pushin...

                    Hey Youngn, don't let the small numbers during your comeback get you down. There's no other way possible. You'll get back to your old self in time and then go beyond it!

                      Man Your Weak!!!! J/K, me and youngin are in the same situation, but i took 2 weeks off due to overtraining... we are doing the same workout, so far so good.
