    Curls: Reverse Preacher Curls:
Take a shoulder width overhand grip on a five foot straight bar. Lean over a preacher bench with the top edge of the pad under your armpits and your upper arms hanging down along the pad and slowly straighten your arms. Use forearm and upper arm strength to move the barbell in an arc from the starting position up to a point just beneath your chin. Lower it back to the starting position in a count of four. Inhale as you lower the weight and exhale as you raise it. This exercise helps to stress the forearm supinators, brachialis and biceps.

Aerobics: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch into aches, pains and cramps! (that's why I don't do 'em LOL)

You need to stretch more bro. Or, you need more water but if it's only this exercise then it's probably and tightness thing. One of the most simple upper forearm stretches is to extend your arm straight out in front of you. Take your other hand and use it to bend your wrist down. Hold each side for 60 seconds. Do that after every arm workout, along with your bicep stretches then cramps should quit.

PS - you may want to stretch after masturbation too jerky boy!
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

yea, i drink 1-1 1/2 gals of water a day...but i admit, i skip out on stretching most of the time. and it dont only happen with this excersize. if i do heavy, heavy back (mostly heavy deads and cable rows) it happens to my forearms then too, just not nearly as bad.

Yeah, I think it's a stretching thing. I find it easier to stretch between sets so that you dont skip it at the end. So a set of squats, stretch, do a set of leg press, stretch, that way at the end Ijust have to hit 1-2 stretches to finish off and I'm out the door.

I agree! I stretch all the time. I stretch in between sets when I start to feel my muscles tightening up. I also like to stretch really well before bed, maybe for 5 minutes at most. Helps me relax and fall asleep.
