So I weigh in at 172 the other morning,..I get back and weigh in again at 167 ! there is no way I lost seven pounds after an hour and a half work out. that thing is going up in the woods for target practice, and im sticking to the ol' skool one at the gym. What kind of scales are ya'll using at home that work and dont cost out the a$$ ?

what you want to do is weight yourself, get the weight, then weigh yourself again. weight yourself multiple times to make sure its a consistant weight. also, eating on top of daily activity will greating fluctuate the scale. best time to weight yourself is in the mornings on an empty stomach.
about what kind to get, i have no idea.

I think it was 139.00 or so. It does body comps, BF and hydration levels. How accurate they are i'm not sure. I just go by the # it gives me and monitor it from there. It even remembers your last five weigh ins and gives you a readout...pretty cool if you ask me.Originally posted by a-bomb83how much did that set you back? does it do bf% also and is it close?
