i'am super sore that i cant move my neck nor traps, i feel like i have a stiff neck...
and i'am not showing off either wt the weight i do...that is me ...
after i did my shoulders routine, i blasted my traps:
3 sets of 160 dumbells each for 25 reps each
then i did shrugs wt barbell behind my back reverse grip:
3 sets of 315 for 12 reps.
and i did shrugs wt barbell in front :
405 for 12
495 for 12
585 for 7
635 for 4
and i was done.......i never seeing veins across my traps like yesterday(plus i'am dieting and its showing more)
