    Calf Raise (Hack Machine):
    Adjust the shoulder pads on the hack machine to allow you to stand straight facing into the machine. Place the balls of your feet on the upper edge of the foor plate, approxiamately shoulder width apart. Lower your heels to full extension, stretching out your calves completely. Press the weight back up by contracting the calves as hard as possible. Flex hard and feel the muscle 'bite'. Lower the weight down to full extension and repeat.

      So what do you use then? I rotate excersises. I usually do the donkey (?) calves machine but sometimes I'll do the seated ones or use the hack machine.

        I rotate between seated- sled- and smith ( vertical smith, not the slanted one)

          Cool. Nice avatar! I forgot about this one I like at the big Gold's that I go to once in a while, I think the brand is In Motion? You sit down and put your feet on these wobbly pedal type foot rests and press your toes forward. That shiat burns!
