    yeah it seems to be working alot better then only hitting each muscle once a week. there will be days that i only do one muscle or take an extra day off. i do it by feel. I changed things up reading cutlers new book.

      THIS IS WHAT I DID FOR BACK/TRIS YESTERDAY, JUST TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA.

      deadlift (first time pulling from the floor in probably about a year or so. i've been doing rack pulls and man is it harder to pull from the floor or what? lol.)

      135x12 225x8 315x1 315xmiss hadn't eaten in about 4 hours...i was drained.

      135x8 135x8

      lat pulldowns

      3 sets of 8

      face pulls

      3 sets of 10

      seated one arm db extention

      20x12 30x8

      skullcrushers

      75x10 75x8

      tate press

      20x8 20x6.....done!

      had no idea how long i was in there, too worried about eating.

        AND FOR THOSE WHO THINK MUSCLE SORENESS INDICATES GROWTH/STRENGTH, WELL I'M SORE AS PHUCK AND NOT NEAR THE VOLUME 90% GYMGOERS DO. TAKE IT FOR WHAT ITS WORTH. THATS ACTUALLY A LOT OF VOLUME FOR BACK THOUGH (FOR ME ANYWAY) BUT I ALWAYS HIT UP AT LEAST 4-5 EXERCISES FOR BACK. ALL OTHER BODYPARTS ARE 2, MAYBE 3 EXERCISES, 2, MAYBE 3 SETS EACH.
