Busted caluses in both hands today.

Blah I did back at the gym today and when I took off my gloves a calus (spell check) on each hand has opened up and they look nasty. They dont hurt just look bad. Blah. Stupid rows.

that can be really bad. i was doing deads the other day and ripped one off and it bled everywhere! it didnt heal for a good 3 weeks so i had to put that liquid new skin stuff on it everyday before the gym!

i have what i like to call permanent gloves. i have 4 circles smaller than a dime on the palms of my hands and a line going across that are hard. now, they're not 'warrior hands' lol, and all crusty and shit, just a lil tough. you can't even tell for real unless you really looked.
