I had should surgery yet again because my first doctor was a dumbass, and this time i had my capsule moved back into place and another 1/4 inch taken off my collar bone. my main question is has anyone had their capsule moved and how long did it take u to lift heavy again? i trained really hard before surgery and was in better shape than i have been in, in years, but i am not allowed to lift anything for six weeks, its been almost 4 and i am itching for the gym.

Re: Anyone ever have there capsule shifted?
Dont push it bro. You want your shoulder healed 100% before you do any lifting. Keep it flexible and streched but dont lift at all until the doc gives you the okay. jumping the gun can make your shoulder permanently smaller than the other.
