alrite well back when i was weightin around 198-200 in the morning on an empty stomach with just boxers on i was benchin 355, barbell rowing 285x5, squatting 405x4, barbell curling 115x6, Lat pulldown 250x4, deadlifting 315x8, after feelin too fat i decided to cut, im down to 188 now, my cuttin isnt extreme and its jus basically reduced calorie diet and high protein and playin bball on average 3 times a week, im on max-ot as well workin out 5 days a week. My bench is now at 370, barbell rowing 315x6, squatting 435x6,barbell curling 125x6, Lat pulldown 285x6, and im not sure what i deadlift now but last time i stiff legged deadlifted i got 315x6 (3 sets). I just dont get how i can drop 10lbs and still be gaining strength...this ever happend to anyone?

Re: does this make sense?
its possible. the whole strength loss thing (imo) is mental a lot of times. as long as you're not cutting cals to the extreme, its possible to gain strength while dieting. it also has to do with training to, imo.
