Anyone know of good exercises to get a good "lower ab cut line?" (The line on the lower abs that starts at the side and travels down towards the groin... don't know what else to call it.)

Re: Lower Ab Cut Line Exercise?
10-13%... at the point where my six pack is showing, but not strongly defined. I understand the diet part, but I still see guys that have less stomach definition than I have but the "line" is very pronounced. Just seems like even if I got down to 6-7%, it wouldn't be very pronounced. Wondering if there are any exercises to build it up or if I'm screwed by genetics?

Re: Lower Ab Cut Line Exercise?
WHAT DOES YOUR AB ROUTINE LOOK LIKE NOW. FLUTTER KICKS ARE GOOD. I DID TOOOOOOOOOOOO MANY WHEN I WAS IN THE MARINES, THEY KILL. SWIMMERS DO THIS AB WORK ALOT. LAY ON YOUR BACK, RAISE FEET 6 INCHES OFF THE GROUND, THEN STARTOriginally posted by drillpress10-13%... at the point where my six pack is showing, but not strongly defined. Aerobics: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch into aches, pains and cramps! (that's why I don't do 'em LOL)
