  • What's your faviorite Mass routine?

    Im looking to gain at least 15 pounds of lean mass this summer while adding strength to my big 3 (dead, bench, squats), but right now Im in a pickle... I need a good Mass routine. Just curious what works best for you all. I've got some ideas of what i want to do, but nothing seams right. It's a little agrivating

    Also, diet and rest are all good, just need a routine.

      have you looked into DC training? make a search

      I'd just go heavy, as heavy as possible, and up the protein.

        I liked Max-OT! I put on some nice mass doing that routine!

          lift heavy and eat big.... push yourself to lift more each time

            Well, see what i was thinking would be to for like chest do bench heavy low reps and then incline, dec, etc. at 8-10 reps with as much weight as i can do for those reps. Does that sound good? Same principle for back with heavy deads and legs with heavy squats.

              Try pyramid sets, 10,8,6 going heavier as you go lower in reps.

                I am reading the Max-OT workout, and it sounds pretty logical and good, might give it a shot.
