BTW...I have been dieting for the past month and have went from 220-230lbs to 207 (today). My arms are the only thing that seem to hold some size when I diet.

Hmmm...I can't measure mines post work out because I do an hour of cardio afterwards plus i live liek 35 to 40minutes away from the gym. Cold though not flexing my arms ar 15". Flexed they are 17" @ 5'8" 183lbs.NO PAIN, NO GAIN
