Two questions on legs.....
First....When doing squats should I be leaning my upper body forward somewhat, or should I be trying to push my chest out with my back as straight as possible?
Second....If I haven't worked my legs at all since I started working out, how much weight will I add to the scale in 2 months if I work them once a week?
