To burn off 10 pounds of fat if diet, cardio, and training are all on cue? What is the fastest time you think it could be done, burning only fat, not water weight, and retaining alll your muscle? Just give an educated guess if your not sure. O yea and all natural.

Re: How long does it take...
I've been dieting since January and I only lost 1% bodyfat. I did lose 10lbs but I think most was water and muscle since my bodyfat percentage only dropped by 1%. I have an meso/endomorphic body so naturally it's hard for me to lose fat. I even tried Clen and VPX redline and didn't see much difference. I do cardio at least 4 times per week for 1hr per day, I burn about 700 to 900 calories per session but I still don't see much fat being burned. I started a 21 day cycle of T3 last week. I will see if that helps.

Re: How long does it take...
Dang, I dont have to much trouble loosing fat if i can stick to me diet and actually run, only suplements im taking are AMP, creatine mono, and protein right now, Im not so much focused on loosing 10 pounds as i am going for 13-14% down to 8-9% bf. Hope it only takes a couple months tops.

Re: How long does it take...
I didn't read all the posts so this may be redundent. Fact: the highest amount of bf only loss in one week was 3.1 pounds under the most extreme controlled situation and the subject was of super athlete status. So, us normal guys can expect a realistic number of 1 to 2 pounds a week if the goal is to lose fat only. Sure, you could cut cals and lose 10 pounds in one week but about 8-9 of it will be muscle so what the hell good does that do? The best approach I've found is to shoot for 1 pound a week. That's a manipulation of 500 cal/day. 500 times 7 is 3,500 cals which is what you have to burn, or reduce, to lose one pound of fat. By shooting for only 1 pound a week you get really happy when some weeks you lose 1.5 to 2 pounds. However, if you shoot for 2 pounds people tend to get discouraged when they lose only 1. Aim low and succeed high. And, the slower it comes off the better the chance you have of keeping it off.
