not resting btw sets.. and doing supersets right away.. so its like this.. lets say youre doing biceps and triceps.. you do.. a set of bi's 12 reps..and then without any rest you jump to cable pulldowns..and do 12 reps of those.. and you keep doin this 3 to 4 sets.. so its either 6 or 8 sets depending if youre doing 3 or 4 for biceps..and triceps..

I'VE DONE THIS IN THE PAST TO SHOCK THE MUSCLES (WITH BI'S AND TRI'S, AND WITH BACK AND CHEST), BUT I DONT THINK IT'S GOOD TO USE ON THE REG.
