    Is this how you split up a push / pull routine?
    Push
    - chest
    - tris
    - quads
    - shoulders

    Pull
    - Back
    - bis
    - hams
    - traps

        Su
        Squats 5x5
        DB rows 5x5
        DB curls 5x5

        Ill throw in ab work later, but what do you think? im 6'3" 205 13.5% bf 19 yrs old and eating 4000 cals a day 400g protein, going for mass.

            Sorry I should of posted it more clearly......
            Day 1- chest, shoulders, tris
            Day 2- Off
            Day 3- Legs ( quads, hams, calves)
            Day 4- Off
            Day 5- Back Bis

              just did mondays workout, it was amazing, best workout ive had in a while.
