Hey guys, im 6'3" 127 (all natural), and i just started a new bulking routine, tell if you think this is good.
Monday - Basketball at church league
Tuesday - Off
Wedensday - bowling ( i use the 15 pound ball) usually 2 games
Thursday - flag football with my friends
Friday - Off
Saturday - Street hockey
Suday - Off
Usually after i exercise i will drink some sunny D to spike my insulin level. Im trying to increase my calories to 1,800 over the next week, right now im at 1,200. To get my protein in I try and eat 8 stawberry frosted poptarts before bed. I think i read something where that is supose to be good for weight gain. Im considering adding in some pushups and pullups into my routine, but im usually pretty soar after bowling and street hockey. My grandma just bought a chuck norris total gym and was considering putting that into my routine, right now its just collecting dust anyways. I use to use her nordic trac but it put to much pressure on my knees and caused my asthma to flair up, but i think that might have been from all her cats. I mean im naturally pretty built, but i wouldnt mind adding a few pounds... for the ladies. I already know that i have a pretty good rotine but any suggestions would be great. Also, do yall think im doing to much cardio?
PS - Im going to start karate classes this spring with the oriental sinsae next door (hes really good)
