Creatine pills?

Ive been taking creatine pills mainly because its more convenient then mixing up and drink and easier to take at school.. but i was wondering why more people dont use the pills or is the drink mix kind better

pills are a lot more expensive powder is more cost effective

IVE ALWAYS LIKED POWDER MYSELF.MY PREFERENCE THOUGH.I HATE TAKING A LOT OF PILLS AT ONCE

I took the pills and didn't notice anything. The powder gets me puffy and I kind of like that!!!

the creatine ethyl ester by allthewhey is only $21 for 240 caps and you definately notice a difference...no bloat..first time i was able to take creatine and not look like the michelen man after a couple weeks

great stuff

buffered creatine and/or monohydrate in cap form is just dumb IMO you still have to take a stupid amount

i started taking it and im noticing gains and i dont kno if its the gains or i started workign out after school around 4o clock it used to be at 7 so maybe my test levels are higher but w.e it is i like it ;p

btw the pills i take come with 140pills, 7 per serving,5grams creatine, for 9.87 @wal-mart looks like a plastic capsules with pure creatine powder inside

and i guarantee that walmart doesnt have CEE

7g of monohydrate won't really do jack...your body will only use something like .5-1.5g at the very MOST
