  • Losing fat and getting lean???

    Anyone got a good workout to accomplish this? I have my gym at home now and I am currently trying to come up with a good workout and diet. Right now I am just looking to drop some fat and get a leaner look. I thought I would throw this out there while I was doing some searching. Thanks in advance.

    You can do any type of training, and cut bulk whatever. Its all based on how your diet looks. You need to find the exact calories your body uses and only have a few hundred over that to accomplish your goals. A few hundred over and some low intensity cardio is what youre looking to do.

      Core exercises: bent over rows, pull ups, bench, dead lifts, squats.

      Cardio: wind sprints, jogging, jumping rope.

      To actually write a specific diet would be illegal because I do not carry a license in nutrition. But stick with the guidelines: lean meats, veggies, fruits, low gycemic index carbs and minimal fats.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
