      New muscle growth takes time to build. Imagine if bodybuilders could gain as little as one pound of solid muscle/week. That would be a gain of about 50 lbs per year. You get to a point were even 5-10 solid pounds of muscle per year would be Incredible. So it all depends what kind of weight you want to gain

          yeah your newbie gains slow down pretty fast, but 10 lbs a year is definately feasable if done right ... esp for him bc hes probably not at his genetic max and hes young he aint eatin

              so apparently im not eatin so somehow im gonna have to choke down 1000more calories which will most likely turn to fat, i wanna gain muscle mass not fat, im already at the point were im eatin 2g of protein per bodyweight, i heard any more of that is pointless and will turn most likely to bodyfat

                not really dude, im getting over 2 grams per body lb and i aint getting fat... You gotto eat more it's that simple... once u learn to do it u'll grow, choice is yours bro.
