      Yeah it's a tough one! But I plan on losing 20lbs between December 12th and Feb. 6th (I'm going to miss Wendy's and Chinese food ). Then on Feb. 19th through May 28th do a 15 week Test E and last 6 weeks of Winny cycle (haven't really decided, will be 2nd cycle). My first cycle was Sust 250 @ 500mg/wk for 9 wks (damn vet stuff doesn't come with a full 10cc vial). Gained 17lbs. So I figure 15wks of Test E can give me about 20lbs. But will see how that goes.

        bench 405, @ 385 now. squat 405 times hiting a 90 with superior form, @ 3 times now. get down to 10% bf. LOOK LIKE A FUCKING SWOLLEN MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
