  • Training Goals...

    I know at the end of this month everyone will be setting their New Year's Resolutions but I wanted to jump the gun and ask, "What are your training goals for the next 6 months?"

        I'd like to get to 205lbs at 8% bf or lower. I'm 195lbs with 17% bf at 5'8".

          My goal in weight is to get to 205 also and I'm also at 195 now. I' a little taller than you sup99.

            to be 250 and 10%bf or under by summer! I'm 230 and 14% now!

              in the next 6 monthes??

              dead 600, squat 600, and bench 315

              currently im at:
              500squat, 535 dead, and 250 bench.

                  350 bench 450 dead and 550ish sqat
