  • Joint questions???

I have alot of joint pain while I work out. Is there anything I can take to help my joints? I figure I'd be better off starting to take something now because if I'm 25 and experiencing bad joint and bone pain. Then I'll be in for some serious shit 50 years from now!

      Re: Joint questions???

Ive used just natural glucosamine with condroition before and it worked pretty well for me. It takes about a month to really start feeling the effects from it because it slowly builds up in your body and then naturally starts regrowing lost cartilidge and tissue in all your body's joints. Might be worth a try.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin... I've got really bad knees also. My doc actually suggested these.

I use the Walmart G&C also however if you can get Adequan from a vet or other source it works wonders... especially when combined with G&C. My source dried up so I can't help you there. I read of a guy that adopede a dog with bad joints so that he could get the first round of medicine for himself.

                    It is good stuff.

G&C is what I use. It is just now becoming popular among the fitness world, however its been around for years in veterinary medicine for canines primarily.
