    New found drive

    Getting into a different gym has really made a difference in me. I was going to a gym now run by the casino, the peach and flesh toned paint job, next to zero ventilation and zero atmosphere burnt me out. Mostly seniors so not much for competition either. I'm going to this gym by my GF's in the valley now, lot better ! More of the gym atmosphere for me fer sure, lots of different equipment to use,even a lil rock wall. My GF's 13 year old son really digs it and love to go. Cool huh ? Not the same ole same ole anymore, and the crowd is alot younger too. Only thing that bugs me is the cameras everywhere,..not sure what all that is about. Another thing is summer is still sticking around,.. so lots of time to go round shirtless and turn some heads. Yep, change is good.

    Good deal mtnmedic! I am looking forward to the membership at my gym ending as well so I can join over at the Golds. At first I liked how small and off the wall my gym as but change is gonna be good!

        ILL BE CHANGING GYMS IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS IM CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP TODAY THEN ILL PROB GO A FEW MORE WEEKS SINCE THEYVE ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY FOR ANOTHER MONTH.
        I JUMP OUT OF PLANES AND KILL MOTHERF*CKERS. WHAT DO YOU DO?

          Geez, im like all addicted to working out now. I really love this gym, I mean it's probally not the best but I can spend hours in there. Lots of ventilation, different equipment, chicks from the college, and young dudes walking around with the air-lats to shame. I know now with this change and yes, the support from all my friends here on the board, I will reach my goal and dreams of hitting 170 something and being in the best shape of my life when I hit the big 40 next summer !!

            i know how u feel, i've worked out in my home for years due to the lack of a gym in my small town. finally, they opened one and i'm like a kid in a candy store. makes a big difference.

              This is crazy y'all, I was tossin and turning lastnight with anticipation like a lil kid on Christmas Eve. Another hour and a half and im outta here !

                Man what a day ! Yesterday was probally my best and it just gets better. I was in there for allmost four hours and still coulda kept goin'. Arnold's right it is like sex but even better for me, I can go as long as I want and no complaints. Its like im goin back into time or something, im feeling younger and stronger, and the more chicks and younger dudes there are the more competitive I get. Well whatever it is I love it !!
