I was advising a friend on another board with a workout program and i had told him to stick with the basic compounds for at least 6 weeks. he replied with "what is a basic compound?" so i told him. Thing is that three other people told him what it meant and all three of us ha a different answer. How can this be?
So, i was wondering what YOU think a basic compound means????

if so, i would go with your standard barbell presses, squats, rows, deadlifts.
basically movements that incorporate multiple muscle groups
That is what I'd have said too. Good response bro.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
