I feel these better than decline flies. On decline press, don't bring the bar to the sternum like you do on flat. Lighten the weight so you can get a feel for this first and not end up with the bar stuck in your throat. Bring it down slowly towards your neck/upper pecs and feel that stretch. You should feel this on the outer lower pecs pretty good.

              using the cables on the decline or standing up?

                      most do, the actual degree to which they are declined is way too much, same with most inclines

                        I've always believed ~15° is good for incline/decline degree, I always see people doing 45° and even more, to me that seems to work the shoulders more

                          And don't forget to give yourself a "heavy" day every 7-10 days. There is nothing that builds the "thickness" like going really heavy (triples, etc). Go heavy on inclines as well.

                            I do go heavy on inclines! I love inclines best of all. I go more heavy on incline than flat!

                                well... im tore up now! I was pumped when i walked out! I could hardly take a shower! I did all my reg chest workout and worked some new in. I did the cables standing like frigg said. I did dumbell pullovers heavier today, went with a 80# solid dumbell and went up 50#s on the flat bench. I was a madmofo and then a pumpedmofo! I love tren!!!!!!!!
