      I use a squat rack that has adjustable stops. This allows me to go to failure and do static holds and such. Also, I start the squat with the bar on the stops (set at ~36") sometimes as well.

        I USE IT ABOUT EVERY-OTHER OR, EVERY THIRD WORK-OUT FOR THE SAME REASONS...ALSO, I GOTTA TRY THAT, STARTING AT THE STOPS...SOUNDS GOOD.

          I also do static holds at various heights. I set the stops accordingly and hold about 1" above them. When you give out, you just set the bar on the stops and crawl out.
