Re: IS 4 DAYS IN A ROW OK
Chest and legs together would be too much volume for me. I'd have to throw some shoulders in with chest, or do arms and shoulders on the same day. Legs and back are my heaviest days, and would have to be done by themselves, a couple of days apart. There is no substitute for experience......

Re: IS 4 DAYS IN A ROW OK
well yes and no....yes it is ok if you are getting the proper nutrion to fuel the workouts and replinish glycogen supplies otherwise you will be weak which is obviously counter productive but you should also follow with 3 days of rest if you are doing 4 in a row which brings me to my second point of even if you are getting the nutrition you arent really giving your body the rest it needs even though you are putting stress on another body part it can still lead to overtraining BUT like i said if you follow with days of rest before you hit it up again you probably are gonna be ok....I think stamina in that 3rd or 4th day is gonna be were you see the most of a negative effect even with a solid diet.

Re: IS 4 DAYS IN A ROW OK
but then again when you add AAS to the picture and the fact that everybody responds differently you will just need to listen to your body...if you arent making progress or having shitty workouts because of spent energy then try adding a day of rest in the middle or 2 days and it may make all the difference in the world.....
