    what cardio does everyone do?????????????????and how much?

                          Treadmil, StairMaster.. for 25 mins before workout .. lookin to burn around 150 cals..

                            Right now I am doing 30 min. interval training on an elliptical. But I like to switch between that and walking on the treadmill at an incline. I also try to do sprints every once in a while.

                              Seriously, I like riding the stationary bike, treadmill and eliptical trainer in that order, respectively for 45 min to 1 hour per day. Some days I'll go up to 1 1/2 hours total. 45 in the morning - 45 in the afternoon.
