  • Advice on my weekly routine.

    Currently my workout is as follows:
    Mon- Chest, light Tri's
    Tues- Shoulders, Abs
    Weds- Legs
    Thurs- Back, Abs
    Fri- Bi's and Tri's

    My question is: Should I switch Tuesday and Thursday? My shoulders are always weak the day after my chest workout. Seems like my shoulders would be fresher waiting a couple of days after hitting my chest hard.
    I AM EL NINO!!! All other tropical storms must bow before El Nino. Yo soy El Nino. For those of you who dont habla espanol, El Nino is Spanish for,THE NINO!!!

    If you switch Tues and Wed around it would look better. After doing chest on Mon your shoulders will be somewhat fatigued so an extra day for rest would let them be stronger on Wed then on Tues.

      Yes, I would switch them personally.
