Do you all like doing super-sets. I barley started doing them once a week for a change. What exercises do you all use with these?

Here are my favorites:
Squats / Lying Leg Curl
D-bell Bench / One-Arm Row
Skullcrushers / EZ Bar Curl
Calve Raise / Knee Ups
Writst Curls / Reverse Wrist Curls
I haven't done this in a while but now that I'm writing about it, I think I'll go back to this program for a while. I get great pumps from it.
