  • Who does what for 4arms?

    I'm looking to bring up my forearms. Help a bro out and post your routine. Thanks.

    There like calves a tough muscle to bring up.
    iam lucky i got them both.I do
    reverse grip curls,barbell wrist curls ,palms in, palms out
    & carry squeez grips in car for rush hour into work and rush hour
    home...

      I do dumbell wrist curls 3x15

      And some reverse wrist curls at 3x15

      Thats all I do and they work for me, oh one more thing I also do reverse barbell curls once in a while. It works for me.

        Pretty much the same thing...always a part that needed to be strong.

          Try the barbell rolls behind your body, works the inside and back of your forearm, and for the top,seated reverse wrist curls...

            reverse curls... and like chestnut said,believe it or not, those hand squeeze thingies work quite well

                I use one forearm to hold a magazine agaist the wall. Then I use the other forearm to repetitively oops.... never mind that's my SPECIAL forearm workout. Its the one married guys use as their relationship "matures".

                    If you want to do your forearms in a specific workout on their own I would recommend this.

                    barbell reverse curls...3 sets...10-12 reps

                    barbell wrist curls...3 sets...10-12 reps

                    hammer curls...5 sets...5 reps
