    ok, i trained my legs at 3:45-4:45 --- came home, im eating my post wo meal and maybe another meal, then digesting and going to basketball

    was it pointless to do my leg workout when i have ball today?

    Pointless probably not...just look at it as cardio after the workout instead of before.

      You probably wont be able to jump worth a crap. I would advice to not work out at all on BBall days.
