If you are taking Deca, Primo, Eq make sure you have tons of protein. If you are taking a AAS with a lot of water retention watch out for "Bad" carbs they will help pack on the water bloat. Other than that if you are trying to grow, EAT... If you are trying to lose fat, watch your carbs.
Those are just some general guidelines.

I eat a lot of salmon, tuna, love my ny strips ! and chicken breasts. Ok, I wont get into my love of cheese. My carbs, usually steamed broccoli, spinich and bread........ Damn now i'm hungry again ! Well you get the idea.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
