    Fri. Leg Day -calves

    Repeat:

        Tue: 10 min Jump Rope intervals - Chest, Delts
        Wed:OFF/ Stretch
        Thu: 10 min Jump Rope intervals - Arms, Forearms, Abs
        Fri: OFF/ Stretch
        Sat: Cycle Repeats

            To warm up any muscle group just do a light weight high rep set of a basic exercise for that muscle group.
