at what BF% are abs starting to be visible?

i got the side lines, and the line down the middle...my lower abs are narrowing into a V... but cant seem to find a place to measure bf%

6'5, 232 pounds if it helps...

any tips would be nice or rough guesses?

I think it is different for everybody. Look at Mike XXL. I think he said he is around 8% and he looks hella good. Someone else i know at about 6% and although he is lean, is abs are defintely done defined. i reccomend some Var.

everyone is different due distribution of bodyfat, although above is about the norm

i see mine around 10% and obviously more as the % goes down .The lowest i ever been was 7%

ive never seen mine, just the top 2 for about 3 weeks when i was sick and coun't eat

but now they are disappeared :P

10% is a good rule of thumb.
