  • training after knee surgery

    I was thinking about concentrating on endurance, cardio, core and legs. What do you guys think?

    Can you all give a good sample training routine?

    I have almost totally abandoned heavy squats now. They were starting to kill my knees and lower back. I now mostly do air squats or goblet squats with a kettle bell. Here’s a sample workout I did for legs.

    Every minute on the minute
    15 air squats even minutes
    10 alternating lunges odd minutes

    Sounds easy compared to heavy squats but it’s definitely not
