  • HIIT in strength training

    You guys have got to try this. I warmed up on each exercise put on the head phones go full out for a minute, rest for a minute (the music will let you know)
    Soon my lungs filled with more air than ever before, getting serious pumps. I lasted about 20 minutes I thought I was going to throw up, in a good way.

    Hell yeah brother. I never left heavy anymore. I use lighter weights and HIIT to keep my HR up and increase endurance. Muscle pumps on var are INSANE!
